My students really enjoyed these Algebraic Equations – Cut & Paste activities:
This resource comes with 2 cut and paste worksheets that are designed to be quick and easy to use practice pages that will give students confidence because it is self-checking and the answer sheet guides the student towards the correct answers.
The first cut-and-paste answer sheet is numbered from 2 to 17, and the answers to the cut-and-paste problems are 2 – 17. So if a student gets 15 for an answer on 2 different problems, he instantly knows that one of them is wrong.
The second page has 16 problems, and the answers will equal 2, 4, 6, or 9, otherwise, the students knows that he has missed the problem.
All of my thoughts right now are on test prep – guess why . . . . 🙁 Yep – we’re a week and a half away from the Ohio Achievement Assessment. This is our last year (we think??) of the OAA, before the fun PARRC test replaces it.
